Order Cancellation Policy

At Bush Australia, we work hard to process and pack your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order before it ships, please read the following:

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our team promptly.
  Providing the order has not already been packed.
• All cancelled orders will incur an 6% cancellation fee.
  This fee helps cover non-refundable costs we absorb when your order is placed, including:
• Merchant and payment processing fees (charged to us at the time of your purchase, regardless of refund)
• Admin, Restocking and inventory management
• Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
