If you’d like to return an item, please review the information below and contact us at dion@bushaustralia.com before sending anything back.

Received the wrong or faulty item?

No worries if your item arrives incorrect or faulty, Bush Australia will happily arrange a replacement once sufficient proof is provided (this may include photos, video, or a return, depending on the circumstances).

Change of Mind Returns

Changed your mind?
We may accept returns for store credit, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of purchase
  • Items are unused and in their original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

Once your return has been approved and received, we’ll issue store credit (excluding original shipping costs) to the email used for the order.

As our products are personal care and grooming items, we’re unable to resell returned goods for hygiene reasons. Thank you for your understanding

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return
  2. Once approved, securely package your item to avoid damage during return
  3. Include a tracking number with your return, and send it to:
    Bush Australia, PO Box 201, Brunswick Heads. NSW 2483
  4. Notify us of the tracking number via email
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, store credit will be issued in 1-3 business days, if approved
  6. If the return does not meet the conditions above, the items will be shipped back to you
